Dear students,

    Since 1962 Maharashtra Udayagiri Mahavidyalaya has been in the list of best colleges in Maharashtra state for providing quality education and inculcating social awareness among the fraternity of students. The college emphasizes on excellence in every sphere of knowledge.

     The college offers higher education in Arts, Science, and Commerce (UG, PG and Research) in additional professional courses viz Computer Science, GIS, Water and Soil Testing. The learning environment is enriched by well qualified staff, state of art laboratories, and AV aids. In addition to regular teaching the college offers extracurricular activities to students such as NCC, NSS, Science Club, Women's Cell, Literary Association, Annual Social Gathering, and study tours which develop love for social service, discipline, compassion for nature and leadership qualities.

     The college has rich library consisting of text books, reference books, periodicals, journals, and AV aids to equip the students with current knowledge and in-depth understanding in core subjects. The Department of Sports imparts training in indoor and outdoor games to students to excel in university, state and national games.

    Students of this college enjoy the natural landscape and beautiful greenery of the college in addition to their learning.
